Thank the Kitchen (Again)

When I first started writing this blog–a year and a half ago–I posted an early one about thanking the kitchen. Showing appreciation for those men and women who worked a long day, in a hot, cramped kitchen, who prepared your wonderful meal, just so you could sit and enjoy it while you visited with your family, or friends, or with that special someone.

They probably didn’t make that much money doing it either. So, I want to re-post this old one-something I have avoided doing on this blog, but after writing over 180 of these things, I feel it is important to revisit some of the more important themes. And, let’s face it, I could use a break this week from trying to come up with something new.
